However, it should be noted that this is merely an identification on the statement or bill, since the digital product acquired was not created by Monetizze, which holds no responsibility for its content, functionality, features, offer, or advertising;

If the purchase of the digital product was made through Smart Installments, according to the offer and policies created under the responsibility of the Digital Producer, you are hereby informed that failure to pay any installment will result in the suspension of access to the purchased product. In addition, the defaulting Buyer may be prevented from making new purchases of digital products registered on the Monetizze platform.

If this digital product is being offered in free trial mode, it is clarified that this mode represents a period of free use. The free usage period (free trial) will last for the duration indicated by the digital producer and is intended to allow interested users to try the digital content within the specified period.

It is emphasized that if you do not expressly cancel the free trial at the end of the free usage period, the digital producer responsible for the product will automatically begin charging the subscription fee for the Digital Product, whose acquisition will be governed by these Terms of Purchase.

The creator of the product (digital producer/seller) is solely and exclusively responsible for the digital product in all legal and financial aspects. Any administrative or legal questions regarding the content of the purchased product, its features, quality, functionality, offer, and advertising must be addressed directly to the digital producer via the email indicated above or another available contact method;

By completing the purchase, you fully and unconditionally agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the Monetizze Platform, whose full version can be accessed on its website. Therefore, careful reading of these documents is recommended;

There is a 7-day guarantee period, provided by the producer, to request cancellation of the purchase in case of any defect/inconsistency in the product;

The cancellation period mentioned above begins from the moment the purchase is completed. Therefore, you, the buyer, are responsible for immediately verifying whether access to the purchased digital product has been granted. In this regard, if there is any technical issue, duly proven by the buyer, in accessing the acquired content, the cancellation period will be suspended until the issue is resolved, at which point it will resume from where it left off.

The delivery time of the digital product may vary depending on the payment method, for example: bank slip up to 72 hours, credit card up to 24 hours, online transfer up to 8 hours.

Monetizze is a platform for distributing digital products and has no employment/labor relationship or any other nature beyond providing technology and digital distribution services to sellers. Therefore, it is reiterated that Monetizze holds no legal and/or financial responsibility for the digital product acquired, as its content, functionality, quality, offer, and advertising are entirely the responsibility of the Digital Producer who created and made it available through the platform;

Any additional information about the product must be requested by the buyer directly from the seller (digital producer) after the purchase. The buyer will receive an email to contact the seller;

In the case of a refund, the buyer may be reimbursed via bank transfer or credit card chargeback, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase. The refund may take approximately thirty days in the case of bank transfer, and 30 to 60 days when processed via credit card chargeback.

Your contact details, such as email, phone number, etc., may be provided to the seller and/or the seller’s marketing partner.

This purchase may be canceled and/or affiliate commissions revoked if it is identified that an affiliate made the purchase using their own affiliate link.

If the purchase is initiated by a buyer who has already requested more than one refund through Monetizze, the purchase may not be approved.

Refund requests imply the return of the full purchase amount and never partial amounts. This applies to all products made available through the Monetizze platform by digital producers.
